SMN Rare & Graceful Greeting Cards of 1875
Recollections of the past were found in the crumbling pages of an atlas. The pen and ink illustrations were a noble preservation of the past lives of the earliest settlers of Logan County Ohio. The natural beauty and importance were documented by D.J. Stewart for the "Stewart and Page's Illustrated Historical Atlas". Compiled, drawn and published from his personal examinations and surveys of growing homesteads of 1875. When I first saw the illustrations, I fell in love with the graceful pen and ink drawings of early Ohio settlers homesteads and businesses. I love art and photography so I decided to use them as greeting cards. Since I own the book, I spent hours photographing, editing and saving them digitally for cards. You will find the pen and ink illustrations in the Card Gallery. The Photography Images can also be used for blank greeting cards if you prefer plants and nature. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have. ~ SMN
